Embroiderer's Guild of American
Mission Statement:
To stimulate appreciation for
and celebrate the heritage of embroidery by
advancing the highest standards of excellence in
its practice through education, exhibition,
preservation, collection and research.
Membership in
St. Paul Needleworkers is open to all embroiderers - beginner or,
advanced, amateur or professional.
St.
Paul Needleworkers is a member chapter of
Heartland Region of The Embroiderers' Guild of
America (EGA).
Dues are $50.00
per year, which includes $37.00 for membership
in The Embroiderers' Guild of America, Inc. and
a subscription to the quarterly magazine,
Needlearts, $2.00 for Heartland Region dues,
and $11.00 for St. Paul Needleworkers chapter.
Our
newsletter, Needle News is published six
times per year, in January, March, May, July,
September, and November. Paper or electronic
versions are available.
Meetings
are held at 10:00 a.m. on the first Tuesday of
each month and at 7:00 p.m. on the third Monday
of each month (except for May, July and
December) at The Lutheran Church of the
Resurrection,
910 West County Road D (at Victoria), Roseville,
Minnesota.
Board meetings are held at 5:30 p.m. before the
monthly evening meetings.
Guests are
welcome at all meetings and may attend one time
at no cost other than the kit fee for that
meeting, should they choose to stitch the
scheduled program. Guests need not sign up
for the program to attend the meeting.
