Embroiderer's Guild of American Mission Statement: To stimulate appreciation for and celebrate the heritage of embroidery by advancing the highest standards of excellence in its practice through education, exhibition, preservation, collection and research.

Membership in St. Paul Needleworkers is open to all embroiderers - beginner or, advanced, amateur or professional.

St. Paul Needleworkers is a member chapter of Heartland Region of The Embroiderers' Guild of America (EGA).

Dues are $46.00 per year, which includes $32.00 for membership in The Embroiderers' Guild of America, Inc. and a subscription to the quarterly magazine, Needlearts, $2.00 for Heartland Region dues, and $12.00 for St. Paul Needleworkers chapter. 

Our newsletter, Needle News is published six times per year, in January, March, May, July, September, and November.  Paper or electronic versions are available.

Meetings are held at 10:00 a.m. on the first Tuesday of each month and at 7:00 p.m. on the third Monday of each month (except for May, July and December) at Resurrection Lutheran Church, 910 West County Road D (at Victoria), Roseville.  Board meetings are held at 5:30 p.m. before the monthly evening meetings.

Guests are welcome at all meetings and may attend one time at no cost other than the kit fee for that meeting, should they choose to stitch the scheduled program.  Guests need not sign up for the program to attend the meeting.

NEW – DUES RESTRUCTURE – March 2009 through Dec 2009

EGA, Heartland Region (HR), and St. Paul Needleworkers (SPN) have prorated dues over the next year to change to a new system where all members will have a due date of May 31 beginning in 2010. To change from the present quarterly system to the new system, dues have been prorated as listed below. March 2009 dues have two options; the remaining months have one option. Life and plural members pay only the HR and SPN portion with plural members who are already a member of HR paying only the SPN portion. This will be explained for each due date in 2009 in upcoming newsletters as your due date and names are listed.

September 2009 – due September 30, 2009
Pay for three quarters for a total of $34.50 (EGA $24, HR $1.50, SPN $9) Next due date: May 31, 2010

December 2009 – due December 31, 2009
Pay for two quarters for a total of $23.00 (EGA $16, HR $1, SPN $6) Next due date: May 31, 2010

2010 – All dues are due May 31, 2010!
