The Saint Paul Needleworkers Retreat is scheduled for Friday September 22-Sunday September 24, 2023 at Mt. Olivet Retreat Center in Farmington, MN.

St. Paul Needleworkers is excited to host Steve Pittelkow at the Annual SPN Retreat in September. Steve, a nationally known teacher, has been marbling for nearly 40 years. His interest in marbling stems from a long time interest in bookbinding. He defines marbling as “adding color and depth to paper and cloth.”
Participants in his class will meet on Friday evening for a marbling orientation. Saturday will be spent marbling paper. Each participant will also be able to marble a silk scarf to add to your wardrobe! Sunday will be spent using the paper you marbled to create a mansard style box that will be perfect for storing your treasured small needlework items.
We are combining this weekend of classes with our retreat for those that would just like to get away to stitch.
